The Australian Broking Awards is the pinnacle event of the year for the broking industry, honouring the foremost mortgage and finance brokers, brokerages, and aggregation groups delivering excellence to Australian borrowers. The finalist list features over 250 high-achieving professionals and businesses across 29 submission-based categories.
As a finalist for Best Independent Brokerage (6-20 staff), Directors Josh and Kristy Bartlett have had a huge year introducing new systems, branding, and initiatives to enhance their customer journey. They have invested in technology and processes which elevated their business to the next level so they are thrilled that Mynt has been recognised in this category.
Their efforts have also earned nominations for Community Engagement Program of the Year and Wellness Advocate of the Year, highlighting their commitment to community involvement and financial education in the workplace.
Stacey Day is up for Rising Star of the Year, recognised for her exceptional customer service, growth in volume, and productivity over the past 12 months. Stacey has had a stellar year and is certainly one to watch make her mark in the broking industry. Director Josh Bartlett is also a finalist for Residential Mortgage Broker of the Year. Reflecting on the past year, Josh said, “I’ve been in the industry for 14 years, and I’ve enjoyed the last 12 months the most. We’ve made great changes, built a terrific team, and found better ways to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers, you can’t ask for more than that. It can be hard to stay motivated when running a business so you need to keep reinventing yourself”.
Winners will be announced at a cocktail luncheon at The Star, Sydney, on Friday, 30 August 2024.
