Big Year for Josh and Kristy Bartlett as Mynt Financial Makes Significant Strides
Josh and Kristy Bartlett have seen a transformative year with Mynt Financial, making substantial changes to their mortgage broking business. From going independent with a brand change to upgrading their technology and introducing new processors, Mynt Financial has enhanced the customer journey while maintaining impressive loan volumes. Their efforts have kept them in the top 5% of performing businesses within the AFG group.
Mynt Financial group has been shortlisted as a finalist in three categories and a further 2 individual categories at the Australian Broking Awards, which will be held in Sydney in late August. They are nominated for:
- Independent Office of the Year: Recognized for their growth and productivity.
- Wellness Advocate of the Year: For their workplace lunch and learn Financial Literacy Program.
- Community Engagement Program: For their fundraising efforts for a local charity through events such as BBQs and charity auctions.

In addition to these achievements, Mynt Financial won the REB Residential Mortgage Broking Award for 2023/2024 for their work in the real estate sector. They specialize in collaborating with real estate agents to assist vendors and buyers with finance, and they launched a referral portal that has grown their agent partners by 30%.
Mynt also won at the Australian Broker 5 Star Mortgage Innovators Awards in 2023 for their First Home Buyer Mynt Savers Program, a great initiative to help Australians save for their first home.
