This office has won best brokerage at the Australian Broking Awards the last 5 years and they are very progressive, love good technology and are always looking for ways to grow and improve. The team is led by Josh Bartlett who won MFAA Residential Broker of the year for Victoria, also just recognised as Champion Broker for AFG both in Victoria and Nationally. Also winning broker of the year at the AMA’s for Productivity as this is a driving force for the team of 8 which allows them to settle in excess of over 500 loans per year.
With new referral partners just signing on board with MYNT, lead volume is very high and hence we need to grow the team with both Loan processors and also mortgage brokers to ensure that we can deliver a great home loan experience for our partners.

You must have;
- Great attention to detail
- Be comfortable to work paperless and adapt to new technology
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Be confident on the phone and great with customer service
- Be very organised and can handle Multi files and clients
- Work well in a team environment
- Follow process well and be excellent at documenting client conversations and goals
- Be prepared to follow tight compliance requirements and keep up to date with changes in legislation
MYNT have their own software that you would be well trained on and also use FLEX software through to AFG Portal – shortly migrating to CRM..
The office is located in Bayside Cheltenham and within walking distance to Westfield Southland and train station. This is a full time position and salary will be based on experience with additional income/bonus on performance, file quality, volume and client satisfaction.
Training and team meetings are a big part of this office culture. They love to make sure that everyone in the office is learning and growing and take great pride in running weekly sessions on policy/structure, processing efficiencies and also enhancing customer experience.
