Mynt Financial has been named Best Broker Group (VIC/TAS, up to 5 loan writers) for the last financial year, taking home the award at the AFG Awards held yesterday at Zinc Federation Square. It caps off another strong year for Josh Bartlett, who was also recognised as one of the state’s top Brokers, once again recording the highest settlements of any individual broker in the category.
Josh was thrilled with the win, and true to form was quick to turn the spotlight onto his team:

Despite a market that’s had rates moving and the housing landscape shifting, Josh shows no signs of slowing down. If anything, he sees it as an opening: “This kind of market has actually created more opportunity for brokers. People really want help when it comes to their home loan finding the right structure, the right lender, the right rate so they’re turning to experts to make what can be a challenging time feel easy.”
